Of course. Serial production in our plant starts only at the moment of official acceptance of the reference model by the customer. The approved model becomes the basis for us, thanks to which we maintain repeatable parameters throughout the entire order. Samples of products are sent at our expense by Inpost courier.
Yes. We design and manufacture production forms tailored to specific packaging and manufacturing technology. We start the process with an analysis of the customer's project or idea, and then we prepare a technical solution for efficient serial production. The standard mold lead time is typically around 1—2 months, depending on the complexity of the design. Thanks to our experience and cooperation with specialized tooling companies, we are able to prepare both simple molds for standard packaging, as well as more advanced technological solutions for large-scale production.
We do not impose rigid minimum production volumes. We carry out both single prototypes (from 1 piece), which allow you to test the project or prepare the product for implementation on the market, as well as large-scale production of more than 100,000 pieces. Thanks to a flexible operating model and cooperation with several specialized production plants, we are able to adapt the scale of production to the needs of a specific project. We handle both small test and pilot series as well as large orders requiring stable and repeatable production. This allows us to respond flexibly to customer needs — whether it is the preparation of the first prototype, a short implementation series or large-scale production.
